  1. Discovery 30-min free call. We scope the channels, languages, top 20 questions the bot must handle, and the tools it needs access to.
  2. Ingest I crawl your site, ingest PDFs / menus / policies / docs, build the retrieval index, and run golden-question tests against it.
  3. Build & Wire Widget on your site, or WhatsApp / phone number provisioned. Calendar, CRM, and Stripe connections tested end-to-end.
  4. Launch Soft launch for 7 days to real traffic; I watch the transcripts, tune, and harden. Then full handover with a live dashboard.

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. LLM API usage and phone-call minutes are billed separately at pass-through cost (typical small business, €20-60/month).

Frequently asked

  • How accurate is the bot?

    Because it cites sources from your own content, you always see where an answer came from. For the top 20-50 questions we agree on during discovery, I ship with golden-question tests and a minimum pass rate. Questions outside that scope get a scripted 'I don't know, let me connect you with a person.'

  • What if the bot says something wrong?

    Every tier ships with off-topic refusals and a human-handoff path. Voice calls and chat transcripts are logged so you can review and I can tune weekly. For regulated industries (clinics, legal, finance) I lock the bot to informational answers only - no price quotes, no booking - until we've ironed out edge cases.

  • Does it work in Greek?

    Yes. Text channels (website chat + WhatsApp) handle Greek natively. Voice agents work best in English at the entry tier; Greek voice is a paid add-on because Greek speech-to-text is harder to get right and costs more per minute.

  • Can I cancel the hosting?

    Yes, month-to-month on every tier. No lock-in. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable once discovery is complete; hosting you can cancel whenever you want.

  • Who owns the agent and the data?

    You do. All prompts, retrieval indexes, and conversation logs live in infrastructure we provision together. If you leave, you get export access and a 30-day window to migrate off.
